We are again leaving our usual retreat space in Hereford to support the amazing artists & crew of Silver Hayes artists in the field of dreams.

If you’re feeling any stress, tension or anxiety and need to shift your state, so you can show up feeling your best, we have your back. 

We’re on hand for effective and efficient ‘down time’, so you can feel calm and refreshed, ready for your performance or a day out in the craziness. 

 We’re a friendly bunch, come as you are, in whatever state (best or worst - all is welcome). 

This is your space to pause, to recalibrate and re-energise. 
(Plus have a little fun, why not?)

All our offerings are free and Drop-Ins are always welcome but please book if you know you want a space.

As well as these offerings our Yurt will be open 10 - 12 & 2 - 4 daily for Cacao, tea & chats with the Growan team.

We are also at The Room on Sunday morning 9am - 12 noon.
