As the nights draw in, our Candlelit Series offers a soothing space to pause and restore. These classes are designed to help you transition gently through the darker months — grounding the body, steadying the breath, and quieting the mind.
Expect a nurturing blend of slow, flowing movement, longer-held postures, and deep rest — all by candlelight. A chance to release the busyness of the year, reconnect with yourself, and find calm before winter fully settles in.
